01 Will this pouch fit my phone?

The pouch is designed to fit most smartphones with screen sizes up to approximately 7.2 inches. Most phones with a slim everyday case can fit inside, but thick wallet cases, ring holders and oversized protective cases may need to be removed first.

Fit tip: Leave a little space around the phone so the top seal can close flat.
02 Can I use the touchscreen through the pouch?

Yes. The clear front allows access to common touchscreen controls, including checking messages, opening the camera, changing music and viewing notifications.

Please note: Touch sensitivity may be reduced when the pouch or your fingers are very wet, especially while fully underwater.
03 Can I take photos and videos while my phone is inside?

Yes. Position your phone so the camera lens is aligned with the clear back window. Wipe the outside of the pouch before taking photos to reduce water drops, fingerprints and blurry areas.

Underwater tip: Start recording before submerging the pouch when touchscreen sensitivity may be limited.
04 How do I close the waterproof seal correctly?

Open both locking clips, place your phone inside and make sure nothing is trapped across the opening. Press the top seal flat, then close both locking clips completely.

Important: Hair, straps, fabric, sand or other objects caught in the opening may prevent the seal from closing correctly.
05 Should I test the pouch before putting my phone inside?

Yes. Place a dry tissue inside, close both locks and submerge the pouch in water for approximately five minutes. Remove it, dry the outside completely and check that the tissue remains dry.

Do not use it: If moisture appears inside or the pouch, seal or locking clips show visible damage.
06 Can I use Face ID or answer phone calls?

Face ID and basic call controls may work when the phone is positioned clearly inside the pouch. Performance can vary depending on the phone model, screen settings, water conditions and how closely the pouch sits against the screen.

Call quality: Sound and microphone volume may be reduced while the phone is sealed or underwater.
07 What else can I carry inside the pouch?

In addition to your phone, the pouch may hold small flat items such as a room card, identification card, folded cash or travel ticket, provided the contents do not interfere with the top seal.

Avoid overfilling: Too many items may place pressure on the pouch and make the seal harder to close.
08 Can I use it in pools, the ocean and water parks?

The pouch can be used for common water-day activities such as swimming, beach visits, boating, water parks, kayaking and resort pools when it is properly sealed and tested before use.

09 How should I open the pouch after using it in water?

Dry the outside of the pouch and your hands before opening it. Keep the sealed opening facing downward so remaining water does not run toward the inside when the locks are released.

10 How do I clean and store the pouch?

Rinse the outside with fresh water after exposure to salt water, chlorine or sand. Wipe it with a soft cloth and allow it to dry completely before storing it in a cool, dry place.
